Here at POS Nation we work with a wide variety of businesses all across the United States and beyond. We get to know each customer quite well through the process of doing business together. It’s amazing how technology allows us the opportunity to help so many businesses even though they are often times not located in the same state as our corporate office. Occasionally we get the pleasure of visiting our customers in person. Such was the case recently when we travelled to Bakersfield, CA to visit RiverWalk Café. The purpose of our trip was to do a case study. The owner, James Whitener, and his son, John Whitener, who manages the café, greeted us with open arms. Their entire staff welcomed us in like fashion.
